Each of Table 2, Table 3 and Table 4 of IEEE 519-2022 carries three footnotes: even harmonics at the lowest orders are held to a fraction of the tabulated values, current distortion that produces a dc offset is not allowed, and power generation facilities are limited to the values of the lowest short circuit ratio row regardless of their actual ratio unless another standard with applicable scope covers them.
